Ascension Studio is located at:

Enter through the NORTH door to be greeted by the front desk.

Aim to get to the studio 10-15 minutes before the class starts. This gives you time to check in, meet the instructor, and get familiar with the space and equipment.

Cycle: Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water. If you have cycling shoes with SPD or Delta clips, bring those—otherwise, we offer free rentals.
Lift60: Wear tennis shoes (please bring inside shoes!), workout clothes, and bring a water bottle. All equipment is provided.
Sculpt45 / Power45: You can wear tennis shoes or socks (we sell grippy socks in-studio). Bring workout clothes and water.

Ascension Studio is all about community and support, so you’ll find everyone—from staff to fellow participants—encouraging and friendly. Everyone started somewhere, so feel free to go at your own pace and enjoy the experience!

Yes! We have a mens & womens locker room both with two showers each.

For the safety of all participants and to maintain the structure of the workout, entry will not be permitted more than 5 minutes after class begins. The warm-up is an essential part of each session to ensure proper preparation and injury prevention. If you arrive late, we’ll be happy to assist in booking you into another available class.

“Recorded” means the class is being filmed for our On Demand platform. There is still a live instructor teaching the class in person. It is not a video-led workout.
A camera will be set up in the room, but faces are not shown and individuals cannot be identified in the recording.

Yes. There is plenty of parking available throughout the Cannery District. You should have no problem finding a space near to the studio.

Strength Questions (Lift60, Sculpt45, Power45)

Lift60: Strength-focused with barbells, progressive overload, and tracked programming. (GYM ROOM)
Power45: Beat-based strength using heavier compound lifts and structured supersets. (MAT ROOM)
Sculpt45: Light weights, high reps, core work, and endurance-based strength—all to the music. (MAT ROOM)

Training shoes are required for Lift60. We provide all other equipment, but feel free to bring your own towel or water bottle.

Not at all! All three classes are beginner-friendly and fully coach-led. We offer modifications in every session, so whether you’re brand new or experienced, we’ll meet you where you are and help you feel confident every step of the way.

Progressive overload means we gradually increase the challenge over time—through weight, reps, or intensity—so your body continues to get stronger. In Lift60, this approach helps you build strength, improve form, and track progress week to week in a safe, structured way.

Choreo45 is our high-energy, beat-based ride that blends cycling with full-body choreography. Expect rhythm-driven pedaling, push-ups, tap-backs, upper-body sequences, and dynamic intervals. This format is immersive, music-forward, and movement-heavy, making it perfect for riders who love flow, creativity, and feeling fully in sync with the beat.
Climb45 is strength-focused and resistance-driven. While still beat-based, the emphasis is on heavier loads, controlled movements, and endurance. Choreography is intentional and supportive of the format, not the focus. Expect powerful climbs, interval work, and 1–2 arm songs. This class is ideal for riders who want to build strength and stamina.
Summit45 is our most grind-driven format. It centers around long climbs, slower cadences, heavier resistance, and mental resilience. There is minimal choreography, with the primary focus on sustained effort, structured intervals, and power development. This ride is best for those who want to build serious strength endurance and stay steady under load.

All class packs (5, 10, or 20 sessions) are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Plenty of time to use them at your own pace!

Unlimited Membership Terms – Sculpt45, Power45 & Lift60 Classes Only
Unlimited access to Sculpt45, Power45, and Lift60 classes.
Commitment Period:
A 3-month minimum commitment is required. After the initial 3 months, the membership will continue on a month-to-month basis.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel anytime after the 3-month commitment. If canceled, re-enrollment will be subject to the current membership rate at the time of return.
Pause Policy:
You may request to pause your membership for up to one month per calendar year.
• A minimum of 7 days' notice is required.
• During the pause, billing is suspended and access is paused.
• Billing and access resume automatically once the pause ends.
Billing:
Membership dues are charged monthly on the purchase date unless otherwise specified.
Refund Policy:

Session passes do not expire and may be used at any time.

Welcome to Ascension Studio! We’re excited to support you on your fitness journey through personalized or small group coaching focused on strength, confidence, and consistency.
Session Structure:
• Duration: All sessions are 60 minutes and include warm-up, workout, and cooldown.
• Start Time: Sessions begin promptly. If no participant arrives within the first 15 minutes, the session is considered a no-show and will not be rescheduled.
Cancellation Policy:
• 24-Hour Notice Required:
- Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or attend a Group class (Sculpt45, Power45, or Lift60) at no additional cost.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may still attend a makeup Group class but will be charged 20% of the Group class drop-in rate.
Vacation Policy:
If you’re away, you may make up missed sessions in a Group class at no cost.
Personalized workouts will be provided to help you stay on track.
Expiration & Payments:
• All sessions are tracked using a punchcard system and must be used before the listed expiration date based on the package purchased.
• Sessions do not roll over unless approved due to an emergency on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy:
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for unused or expired sessions.
Transfer Policy:
• All packages are non-transferable and may not be shared.
Instructor Vacation Policy:
Ascension Studio will take a minimum of two weeks off annually and occasional long weekends. During these times:
• No sessions will be held.
• Clients will receive advance notice.
• Alternative workouts will be provided to help maintain progress.
Acknowledgment of Terms:
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above for both Personal Training and Small Group Training services at Ascension Studio.

Class Pass Users

Yes. Select classes may be available through third-party platforms based on availability. If you book through ClassPass, you must manage your reservation through ClassPass.

Please arrive early, at least 10 to 15 minutes before class starts. This gives us time to check you in, show you around, and get you set up properly.
If you are taking a spin class, arriving early allows us to help you set up your bike correctly. You can also download the Ascension app ahead of time to select or move your bike.
For safety reasons, we do not allow entry more than 5 minutes after class has started.
We are excited to have you. Just come a little early and we will take care of the rest.

No. Not all class times or formats are released to third-party apps. Availability is limited and may vary.

If you booked through ClassPass, all cancellations must be handled directly through ClassPass. We are not able to remove you from class or override their policies.
If you convert to an Ascension membership and book directly with us, we are able to assist with grace cancellations when appropriate.

Yes. If you are loving the studio and want full access, we recommend booking directly through Ascension for the best value and unlimited options.

On Demand gives you access to recorded Ascension classes that you can take anytime, anywhere.
It is $20 per month.
If you are an Unlimited Member, On Demand is included at no additional cost. -
Purchase the On Demand membership through our app or website. Once purchased, we will send you a link to our private YouTube channel for access.

There is no commitment. You can cancel anytime through the app or simply email us and we will take care of it.

Open Gym

Open Gym gives you access to our strength facility outside of scheduled Lift60 classes. It’s a self-guided time to train at your own pace using our equipment.

Open Gym access is included with any Unlimited membership. Members on Strength-Only or Cycle-Only memberships can add Open Gym for an additional $25 per month. For non-members or class pack users, Open Gym is available as an option for $75 per month.
